Gatherings and events that exceed the maximum occupancy of the vacation home rental are prohibited

Maximum number of allowed vehicles: 1

Renters will be issued parking placards which they and their guests must display on the driver’s side dashboard of their vehicles, that renters and their guests will be required to park only in designated parking areas, and that failure to park in designated parking areas and/or display the parking placards may result in a citation and fine of $500.

Quiet hours are designated between 9:00 pm and 8:00 am and will be strictly enforced.



On the Nevada side of Lake Tahoe, this condo is the perfect getaway for outdoor enthusiasts looking for adventure all year long. Property was very poorly cleaned, Hot water was intermittent, sometimes it would be hot and other times it would not get warm at all. Ants in the bottom stairs bathroom. Very poor dishes and pans. Broken patio chairs. Would never stay at this property again. Sad that I was charged full price for this facility and our annual family vacation.

The condo itself had a beautiful view of the lake, good upstairs deck, high ceilings, large rooms, and the layout would be perfect for 3 couples or older gals like us that want their own space with their own bathroom. The biggest downside was communicating with Avari the property management group. I felt like all the questions were answered by AI, not a real person who was local to South Lake Tahoe who could really address the situation. They only allow solid color blue, green or beige beach umbrellas. But the ones that were provided were broken. As were the blow up beach rafts. And the can opener, and the oven light and a bunch of little things that, hopefully , will be repaired or addressed by the time someone else rents it.
