Great stay for our party of 4 for a shirt ski vacation in Park City. The home is well furnished and decorated and everything is in good working order. The location is very convenient to the slopes and city center.
This condo was very spacious and newly remodeled with everything you would need for your vacation. It is absolutely beautiful.We will stay here again for sure.

Overall good stay, some things could be improved be impro
Great location, and house was very clean, updated, and nicely decorated. Fireplace and dishwasher did not work-they sent someone to fix the fireplace, but he could not fix the dishwasher the entire time we were there. It would have been nice to have better lighting and trash cans in the upstairs bedrooms. But overall we were happy with our experience, 3.5stars.

We have scheduled a visit from an appliance repair vendor to take care of the dishwasher. We are sorry our team wasn't able to fix it during your stay. We typically do not keep trash cans in bedrooms. Just bathrooms and kitchen. Light bulbs are checked upon every guest's arrival so if any are out they will be replaced before the next guests arrive. We hope we can host you again!

The townhome was very clean and, overall, in excellent condition -nice bedding, plenty of towels, essentials in kitchen (no food or condiments). Location was great for walking to the mountain village and visiting (driving to) down town Park city. My son also discovered the bus system is quite efficient and easy to use! Only issue was heating system was difficult to regulate. We texted Turnkey and communicated with a handyman but he never showed up. Not a major problem, but the heat was blasting in one bathroom the whole time. We would stay here again at the same somewhat reasonable price.

Perfect location for a trip to the ski slopes of Park City. Great place for the family. However, we selected the property because of location, pictures of the interior and amenities. Having a working washing machine was a TOP priority. Upon checking-in, there was a notice on the washing machine that it was out of service. It is my belief that I should have been notified of this issue before check-in and offered an alternative property. The local property manager was very helpful and made some alternative arrangements. Nevertheless, it was NOT convenient to take laundry elsewhere. We were a party of 5 which included 3 children under the age of 10. There should always be full disclosure in advance if an appliance or other property amenity is different from what is advertised!
We LOVED our stay at this condo and are planning to return next year. It was a great location to the base of park city mountain and we could walk 5-10 min or easily drive. The furnishings were stylish and comfortable. My kids loved being able to play in the snow just outside the door.
Overall a nice condo, however we found it very ironic that the description included:
"A brand-new washer/dryer set is located inside your rental" WHICH DID NOT WORK.
and
for BBQ "Propane tank is available with extra tank if needed" BUT BOTH TANKS WERE EMPTY.
Property is also managed by Turnkey vacations so when there is a problem as mentioned above you can only text them and while they they respondent in 2-3 min, the problem or issue is not solved. We would most prefere to have a real owner behind the property.

We enjoyed our time at the property, however, our travel / trip was impacted by a nation-wide storm surge and there was zero flexibility about cancellation / refunding so if you plan to stay here, be aware of that.

Loved the place. Great location and the kitchen was perfect for our needs. I will say that the washing machine definitely ripped some clothes and the heater in the first floor master bathroom needs to be fixed. Otherwise, no complaints.

Loved this place. Very well thought out. Excellently decorated. Very well stocked kitchen. Great king beds (2), especially if you like foam vs traditional spring. Perfect Park City location.
Had a couple of minor issues- breaker tripped and had to contact the manager. The bathroom heater would not turn off and I worried about a fire hazard- hope they can disable the heater without relying on a breaker to keep it off.

We have rented Three Kings #85 for the past 4 years and have enjoyed the unit, location and overall Park City experience. However, this year we were disappointed when the unit was rented for next year without allowing us to renew for our 5th year. Since we were coordinating with the owner for next year, the renewal process left us sour on the Turnkey rental process. Others in our group of Park City visitors felt, as we did, that Turkey did not have a good process for repeat tenants.

The condo was so cute (exactly like pics)! It had alll of the amenities you could think of to make us comfortable. We walked to downtown Main Street, and to the hiking trails. Communication with property Mgt was great, quick and helpful.
