This rental is a spacious, modern home with furnishings appropriate for beach life. We liked the location which was far enough from town to make it quiet and close to surfers cove. The management company was very responsive. The kitchen equipment could use updating. The pots and pans were worn and some were rusty. Some dishes were dirty. We also found that the beds sagged slightly. These downsides were not in keeping with the general strong qualities of the rest of the house

We enjoyed the location and layout of the house. It was perfect for what we needed. The dishwasher doesn't dry well, but cleans the dishes. We could have used another large pot for spaghetti/noodles. The beds and linen were wonderful. Thank you for your attention to detail. These was no note inside the house to follow rules. All went well except we did not know to set the garbage out on Wednesday. Lovely view and deck!
