As a work team, we enjoyed this home! The home was clean and sanitary, the additional accommodations made it extra homey, such as; bikes to ride into town and he beach. The firepit got a lot of use. The hot tub was great. There is a game room and plenty of room for each of us to hang out or have alone time. I highly recommend this home and will definitely book again!

We stayed three nights with a large group that included our teenage kids and some of their friends, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.The location is amazing—within walking distance to the main strip and the beach which made it easy to explore shops, choose from multiple restaurants and enjoy everything Seaside has to offer.The home itself is super cozy with a fun beachy feel. It was incredibly well-stocked, thoughtfully set up, and clean.The amenities were top-notch:A hot tub, ping pong table, and foosball table that kept the kids entertained aling with multiple tvs.Puzzles and games tucked away in the cabinetA fully equipped kitchenComfortable spaces that made it easy to relax and enjoy ourselvesThe house had everything we needed to feel right at home, and we would absolutely stay here again. Juneteenth at the beach

We had a wonderful time celebrating in Seaside! The house has everything that you need, and the beach is only a short walk away. It was very clean and had plenty of space for our party to relax and enjoy our time together.

Charming Beach home

We choose this house for our annual family vacation this year. 8 of us stayed here very comfortably, location was great. Just a few blocks to the prom and a little farther to be on the beach. The weather was beautiful. The house could use some updates, like a new Stove, but is a great house with firepit and hot tub. Family loved it! stove.

Our business area includes Gearhart, Seaside, Cannon Beach & Arch Cape. We enjoy walking around the beaches year-round, swimming in the creeks during the summer warmer months, or surfing. Some of our favorite hiking spots are Oswald West and Ecola State Park from Crest beach to Indian beach. Everywhere we go we see someone we are connected to. From going to the post office, grocery shopping, having a meal, or just shopping. Which is why we started our business Kukui House Services here. Kukui means “light” in Hawaiian. Kukui “Light” House Services. We help owners with their rental or private home, and our guests so they experience a wonderful stay.
