Great little cottage...full time residents on street were very friendly...kinda loud being that close to street...location is great...not sure they are queen size beds (seemed small).…not good communication about pool service (came unannounced twice in couple of days and then none week 2)....worked well with dogs but yard/fence could use some tlc

We enjoyed the opportunity to visit Hilton head. Upon an arrival, the house was pretty dirty. Sand all over the floor, blind were broken in the bed room. The outdoor landscape was an absolute disaster making it impossible to keep the back room floor clean. I did reach out the property manager and they sent someone to clean the floors and fix the blinds. My children and adults fell multiple times in the back yard due to bricks being broken or not level. The house is SUPER run down, and not like the pictures at all. A lot of deferred maintenance which also caused the house to look extremely dirty. The pool was nice and clean! We enjoyed that.I feel like the property description needs to be updated and the pictures are very deceiving.
