New! 3 min to beach, close to pool, 1st floor master, pet-friendly.

The owners have just bought this villa as a second home so that they can spend time with family that also have a home here, they have completely refurnished and provisioned it and are excited to share it with you.

About 3 minutes from the beach, Ocean Cove Club is nearly at the entrance to the Dunes House, the Palmetto Dunes oceanfront restaurant and bar. Alexander's restaurant, the outdoor provisioner, the General Store (we hear that they have the best biscuits and gravy for breakfast and fried chicken for lunch), and Big Jim's restaurant are around the corner. Take the Palmetto Dunes Shuttle to the harbor front shopping, dining and live music of Shelter Cove in season. Shelter Cove Marina has several restaurants on the harbor. Shelter Cove Town Center has a grocery store, restaurants, shops and a park that often has festivals and live music. There are fireworks at Shelter Cove Marina every Tuesday night during the summer. Palmetto Dunes offers bike trails, golf, tennis, pickleball and a variety of water sports.

Guests will find a comfortable king bed in the 1st floor bedroom, a cozy queen bed and twin in the second floor guest room, and a daybed with a trundle in the second floor loft, perfect for families or groups. The sectional sofa is a sleeper sofa. The open floor plan makes it easy to spend time together. You will enjoy sitting on the patio with a propane grill and a water fountain. You can see the community pool from the patio.

We strive to provide all of the amenities of home, our goal is to have everything that you need to make a birthday cake for that special someone or to make Thanksgiving dinner for your family. There are hair dryers in both bathrooms. We provide beach towels, a beach wagon, beach chairs and beach toys/games. There are also a variety of cards and games for enjoying some downtime together.

You are welcome to bring your pet, we have and outdoor shower to make it easy to rinse off after a romp on the beach. We have a basket with a dog towel, shampoo and paw balm.

We put up a Christmas tree and Christmas decorations the weekend before Thanksgiving and leave it up through New Years making this the perfect place to celebrate the holidays.

Perfect stay. Charming space, great location in Palmetto Dunes, and an easy walk to the beach. This part of the beach was glorious The house had everything I needed and was incredibly well stocked. The hosts were a delight to work with and made everything easy. I loved my time here and would happily stay again.

The condo is lovely. The kitchen is well-stocked with new dishes, pans, serving plates, and plenty of glasses! The ice maker kept the ice filled for our family of four. The couch is very comfortable as are the beds. The keyless lock was convenient for family members coming and going at different times. It just easy to stay in this condo!The location is so convenient to all that Palmetto Dunes offers - beach, restaurants, general store, walking paths, and a community pool. The beach is literally 411 steps away! (Yes, I counted!) We enjoyed the provided beach wagon, chairs, and towels. And had coffee on the community deck, looking for alligators in the lagoon. The paths through Palmetto Dunes are lovely for a walk and include a little library and dog doo stations. The 2-bedrooms and loft with a trundle bed is a great layout for two families! The bathrooms are in each bedroom so those in the upstairs bedroom and loft would likely share the upstairs bathroom.Tom was great to work with and is very responsive. We would definitely book again!

Excellent home - great size and plenty of space. Very convenient to beach and general store. Plenty of parking. The beach gear provided was really excellent - the umbrella saved the weekend! Will definitely be back.

Great location! Very clean and process was seamless! Tom responded quickly when I had a few questions. The unit was very well equipped with kitchen tools. Also plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas and a beach cart! Would rent again in a heartbeat!
