We had a wonderful stay at the property.Pros: Excellent location, house was just the right size for two couples, and the beds were surprisingly firm but comfortable. Mary was great at communicating with us.Cons: The pictures on the listing, on VRBO and the property management site are a bit dated. Two recliners had been replaced by straight-backed chairs and there was no Keurig, as was shown on their site. The rug in the living room had obvious damage from pets brought by previous guests, but nothing insurmountable.

We had a great long weekend. The house was perfect for our small group. The house was clean, well appointed, and comfortable. It was a classic southern beach house, which I adored. Very quaint, solid (windy weather), and close to beach access. Did I mention the beds? Very comfy. The house exceeded my expectations based on the pictures and the rental company was responsive and very easy to work with.

All was good and clean. Comfortable and warm for kind of a chilly few days. Nicely outfitted to cook our own meals. What a darling house! Exceptionally clean when we arrived, the check-in and checkout procedures were super easy, communication was clear and timely, and the beds were by far the most comfortable of any rental house I have ever used. The location was idyllic, just a short walk to the beach. It was close enough that my 80 year old parents were able to do it. We could see and hear the ocean from the screened porch.
