We had a wonderful stay! The house was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Great proximity to leisure trail. Pool was very nice (note that hot tub cannot be heated after Memorial Day, although this is not noted anywhere)

Came with my husband and dog for a quick getaway and it was lovely. Quiet, clean, and comfortable. Loved the pool and walking the golf course. Would stay here again!

We enjoyed our 12 day stay in early September. The house was well-stocked and ready a few hours before check-in time. We utilized the pool (weather was VERY humid the week we were there) and the spa. Wasnt sure if the spa was working properly at first, but management company worked with owner to get the hot water turned on, and we ended up using it multiple times. Not all jets work, the light doesnt work, and the pressure isn’t real strong, but once we figured everything out it was a plus. The head locking pin on the long skimmer didnt work, probably needs to be fixed. We used the small skimmer when we were in the pool because debris falls from the overhead trees all the time. Pool is cleaned twice a week. We used the grill 3 or 4 times. Mosquitoes on that side of house were pretty bad, might consider clearing the leaf litter in that yard to help. We were 6 adults who arrived at various times. Plenty of parking, friend used the EV charger in the carport. Bike path through the golf course to beach was accessible from a trail literally across the driveway. We even played some of the games in the closet! Fantastic location, quiet, private. We have been staying for years in Plantation Club villas, and we all agreed this experience was an upgrade because of the open house layout, location and pool. We had a great experience and hope to rent here again in the future. Thank you for providing a beautiful setting for us to enjoy our vacation with friends on the island!

Family Stay

Property had a great single floor layout and enough room for a family of six. Very close to the front of the neighborhood which was helpful for running errands, and also right next to the leisure Trail.
