The location in Harbor Town was excellent and the view from the living area and patio was spectacular. Owners have done some updates to the first floor which is very nice. Upstairs could use a little refreshening but again, it was clean. A couple lights upstairs weren’t working but the positives for this unit far outweighed a few minor annoyances.We would stay there again

Great location. Very comfortable villa directly on the water. Love the view and the location right in Harbor Town. Even with the shops, restaurants, and marina just around the corner it was very quiet and relaxing. Dwell was very easy to work with in booking and planning the trip; communication with the was great.

Not pleased with the property. The location was beautiful. But… The mattress was horrible. On top of what seems like a 30 yr mattress, was a mattress topper that was like quicksand. We both moved to the twin beds down the hall. The upstairs temperature stayed warm. Too warm. Thermostat was “not allowed” to be turned below 72 degrees. Renter could be responsible for financial charges if the AC unit freezes up. Though upstairs the temp was much warmer than 72 degrees. Since we have a disabled child we were surprised that the listing never mentioned that both bedrooms were upstairs. She was not on our trip, but we are alert to details like this. Several light switches did not work, toilets struggled to flush and the furniture was somewhat pieced together. For this beautiful location and area - we anticipated better. Several issues were shared with the rental property. They attempted to have maintenance look at issues. But it was a little too late. These issues need to be resolved or just take this property off the market.
