Great family vaca spot

The property was as describe, clean and well equipped. This was a great place for families. The pools were in good condition and clean, the pool bar served a wide variety of food and drinks, the staff were all friendly. Hope to rent again in the future.

Affordable fun

Great affordable family friendly rental. Unit very well equipped with all the little things that make a week long stay enjoyable and easy. Clean but it is an older unit so not perfect. Kitchen is updated but bathroom showers could use an upgrade. That said, it was perfect for our family of five. Pools outside are very cold in spring time! Beach was amazing! Bike rental was a must. Wil be back for sure!

Great experience

Great experience… Great experience from booking to checkin and out. Only negative is that the condo was listed as “oceanfront” which I guess technically is true of the condo complex. Our unit was in the last building of the complex thus not actually oceanfront. It was a beautiful walk to the beach down a boardwalk beyond the buildings, it was definitely a walk though. If renting this unit you shouldn’t expect ocean views or a quick “hop” to the beach. Otherwise the condo and facilities were excellent!!

Hilton Head Resort met our expectations in every way and is a good value for the money spent. Condo was nicely appointed and clean. Staff were always friendly and attentive. Simon, a member of the staff, always went above and beyond to help guests and is an asset. Walk to beach could be challenging to some due to distance, but otherwise nice walk across a marsh. Beach is semi-private and not crowded. Easy to social distance. Prices are more expensive than other beaches.

Great Value

Large full kitchen, comfortable living area. Very comfortable master mattress. Walk from the room down the boardwalk to beach is about 12 minutes. We brought a wagon that allowed us to harness in our 15 month old and carry our beach gear and it was a lifesaver.

Great Stay!!!

Perfect location. Well stocked kitchen (bring your own spices though). Not a long walk to the beach but not really “oceanfront” as listed. Overall our family greatly enjoyed the stay! We would definitely recommend it to friends or family, and we would stay again!

Very nice updated condo. Beds are very comfortable. It is well stocked with whatever you need in the kitchen. The indoor pool is great for bad weather. The beach was a nice walk or you could choose the shuttle. The little shop on the premise has good food for lunch and anything you need to purchase. Coco’s on the beach was a plus. We will be back.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This appears to be an older property that has been updated. Just a few simple upgrades would’ve changed the level from good to excellent. Toiletries was extremely poor quality, as well as toilet paper! Dining table had worn area on surface and I noticed a hair on the back of the hallway bathroom door. Made me wonder about the thorough cleaning after guest checkout.

Great place, great location

The condo was very clean and the staff was very friendly. It was a short walk to the beach or you could catch the shuttle which was awesome. The kids loved having 3 pools to choose from and they were very large pools. The condo is close to restaurants and shopping, we will definitely be staying here again.

Great place for a beach vacation

Overall the property was excellent. Clean, plenty of pools, beach access. We had 5 adults in the unit which was about the capacity. The bunk beds were really nice to have also. We did some cooking in the kitchen which was well equipped. Perfect location for a beach vacation.

Overall great experience, bath towels had a sanitized smell to them, found a muffin wrapper by the bed & seemed like sand in the beds, still not enough to ruin the vacation, condo had everything we needed & kitchen was clean as were the utensils & pots & pans, whatever issues we had were not enough to make us not want to rent again

Great Stay

We had a great time at the Hilton Head Resort. No complaints about the property. The only thing is the walk to the beach. The property shows a boardwalk which doesn’t appear to be that long in the photo but it’s a good walk. There are four buildings in the resort and this condo is located the furthest away from the boardwalk making the walk extra long. Having someone with a prosthetic leg and someone due for a knee replacement made it kind of troubling to get everything down to the beach (tent, chairs, cooler). They do offer a golf cart shuttle which was a plus but that left only two individual carrying everything down to the beach. Our stay was great. The property was nice. The beach bar was nice as well (it is located directly on the beach).

Pools were nice and used alot by our kids. Nice, roomy indoor hot tub.

Great clean place at a very good price. A little dated but has everything you need and complex has great amenities. Accuracy of location on VBRO is a bit misleading as set much further back than dot shows. Parking didn’t have our pass initially, but showed reservation and was able to get access. Overall value excellent.

Limited shuttle to beach/long walk!

Property was decent, elevator didn’t work one day and only one washer worked out of 4. A long walk to the beach and sometimes there would be no shuttle and if there was a shuttle it was sporadic at best. The property as a whole was a little run down.
