We were in the area for a wedding, and this house was perfect for us. There were five couples, and we had plenty of room for everyone. The house is beautiful, the beds so comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed the game room in the basement in the evenings. The owner was so helpful when we had a question. We all agreed we would definitely stay here again!

It was a beautiful property! The house is gorgeous, simple and relaxing. Yet with so many things you can do that the host provides. Would definitely stay again! Family time around the fire was a great way to end each night. Oh and cant forget the wildlife seen, we love nature and wildlife.

We rented the house for two families coming into town for UCM homecoming. A bit of a drive from Warrensburg but definitely a great value. The stay was great though a few minor updates would make this an absolute great place to stay. A few beds were pretty hard to sleep on, pillows could be replaced, towels to shower have seen better days, the pool table had no felt on it but the boys played ping pong instead. The house had a really nice poker table w/chips which made for a great time. They had so many board games to choose from so it’s a great place for bringing kiddos. The theme was hang up and hang out so everyone put aware their phones to play games. Overall great place to stay!

House is very private, about 20 minute drive to Warrensburg. Host was quick to answer questions. Beds were all very comfortable memory foam (except one), lots of space for a larger group. Living areas and floors were very clean, bathrooms could use more attention. TV uses an Amazon account which my daughter had so that was easy for us. The only real complaint was the highly chlorinated water, host did leave some bottled water but we did need to buy more for our 3 night stay. Overall it was a good place for a family get together.
