Our family truly enjoyed our stay. It was a very healing experience. The home was beautiful and the owners were very attentive. The proximity to the beach was a boon! The elevator made life so much easier for all. Big spacious bedrooms all with en-suites. Balconies to watch the sunrise over the ocean. Beach combing at 5 am is only a 2 minute walk away. Thank you Brock and Kim for sharing your home with our family.

We really enjoyed our stay at The Grand SandCastle! The house has a ton of room and is in a great location, literally right across the street from the beach. You can be on the sand in about 30 seconds, which was really nice.Everything was clean when we arrived, and the house had pretty much everything we needed. The kitchen was especially well-stocked with plenty of dishes, cookware, and other essentials, which made it easy to feel at home.Brock was great to work with and very communicative throughout our stay. There are also plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping options nearby, so you don't have to go far for anything.Overall, it's a great place, especially if you're looking for plenty of space and easy beach access. We'd definitely stay here again!

Enjoyed working with the host and the timely responses to my questions. The home was very nice with large comfortable rooms. Plenty of games for both indoor and outdoor activities. We enjoyed the pool everyday even though the beach was just a short walk away. Thank you for sharing your beautiful property with our family!

We rented this property for a work trip. The property was great. Loved that every room has its own private bathroom. Brock (the host) was very responsive and quick to respond. We needed to extend an extra day and he quickly made it possible and the communication was quick (responded within minutes). If you are looking for a vacation rental in a great, quiet, family friendly area, I HIGHLY recommend booking the Grand Sandcastle! You won’t be disappointed!

The place apon arrival was very clean! And check-in was beyond easy. The owner messaged back every time we had a question or anything, and very quickly! The place was well equipped with everything you would need, like games for family game night, games outside for family time together, pool toys for the pool, and, if you forgot, like a cooler or beach toys, they had that as well! The beach access is right across the street, and having an outside shower and hose pipes was very convenient to wash off! The kitchen was well equipped for family dinners. It was also nice that every room had its own bathroom and a basket to keep your dirty clothes together, and having a washing and drying machine came in handy so your dirty clothes didn’t pile up! My family enjoyed our entire stay and can’t wait to come back next time!!

Perfect house for our family of 12. Kids were asking when we could come back before we left. Location was great and house was supplied with everything you could ask for. Only issue was there was not enough towels when we checked in. I messaged Brock and we had more towels delivered shortly after my message. Everything went smoothly and communication was great and responses were almost immediate. We are already starting to plan a return trip for next year.
