We loved this large beach house, we were close enough to walk to the beach and it had a very large pool for our whole group to enjoy! The bedrooms were spacious and everyone loved having their own bathroom. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to cook for 10 people and the dining tables had enough room for everyone to have a seat. The owner quickly responded to all our questions and needs. Bonus it even had an elevator to haul things upstairs! We enjoyed our stay very much.

This is a great house. It was perfect for our group of 10. We had more than enough space. The kitchen was well stocked. Great proximity to the beach and pier. Endless beach toys, chairs, boogie board and floats. Would stay again!

We had an absolutely wonderful time in this property. It was only a few steps to the beach. The pool was wonderful. The host was a dream to work with and even checked in with us to see if we needed anything. We definitely want to go back again.

The house was perfect for our family group, everybody had enough space. The location was awesome right next to the beach, and the pool added another layer of fun! We rented a golf cart and E bikes for the week, which everyone enjoyed. Karl, the owner could not have been more helpful and responsive to every need. He is an exceptional host! We highly recommend this house for your getaway!

We had the absolute best time at Karl’s vacation house! We were a group of 12 adults and 6 kids and there was plenty of room for everyone and we never felt on top of eachother. The location was perfect with beach access just diagonally across the street. The pool was so refreshing and great after a Long Beach day. We had a minor issue with a leak and Karl responded immediately and sent over their maintenance person who repaired the problem instantly. We would vacation here again if given the chance!!!

Amazing Stay!

We stayed for a week and everything was perfect. The house was clean and the pool was great and the check in and check out process was seamless. Owner checked in during our stay to make sure everything was going ok. Definitely will stay again.

Scenic, relaxing vacation

The property had plenty of room, comfortable beds, and close proximity to the beach. It was the perfect place to get away and relax with family. It was also close to stores and great restaurants. The heated pool was an added bonus.
