Our beautiful attic holiday rental for 2–4 people has been furnished with great care and is located 8 km east of Rothenburg ob der Tauber. The apartment features 2 bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a balcony. The living room has a TV and seating (2 couches). There is also a dining area with a table and chairs. One of the two bedrooms has a double bed, and the other has 2 single beds. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster. The bathroom has a shower and a sink, and there is also a separate toilet. Towels and bed linens are provided; towels are changed twice a week. The apartment is non-smoking. Wi-Fi is available. A parking space is available free of charge in the courtyard. Our beautiful holiday rental is located 8 km east of Rothenburg ob der Tauber. For nature lovers, we recommend the well-marked biking and hiking trails. In the neighbouring town, there is a natural swimming area with a water playground and a barefoot trail; in Rothenburg, there is a heated outdoor and indoor pool. About 20 km away, in Bad Windsheim, you’ll find the Franken-Therme, featuring a large wellness oasis and a large salt lake. The Franconian Lake District and the spa town of Bad Mergentheim—home to a beautiful zoo—offer great options for day trips. If you’d like to relax, you’re welcome to spend some time in our garden. Payment is due in cash upon arrival. - A 20% deposit may be charged after booking. Pets are not allowed. A cot can be provided free of charge upon request. Check-in is from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Check-out is from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Keys will be handed over in person on-site. Included services: parking and final cleaning. A cot for children ages 0–3 is available free of charge by arrangement.
