Nestled in Clearwater, this charming house offers a tranquil retreat for guests seeking comfort and style. With two cozy bedrooms featuring a king and a queen bed, plus a lazy boy sofa sleeper in the spacious sunroom. Both the house and the sunroom have air-conditioning. There is plenty of space to relax. The master bathroom is newly remodeled with a walk-in shower and rainfall shower head. Whether you’re unwinding after a day of adventure or simply enjoying quiet moments inside, this home provides a perfect balance of warmth and convenience. We think our place will help you experience everything Clearwater and the Tampa Bay area have to offer. We have a spacious fenced in backyard which is dog friendly. This house has been in the family for three generations. There is a large cement patio in the backyard with six chairs and umbrella. lawn chairs, beach chairs, Clearwater Beach and St. Petersburg Beach are 30 minutes away. Safety Harbor is just a few miles down the road, which is a quaint, cute community with tons of shops and restaurants.The Phillies Stadium is a mile and a half away. Raymond James Stadium is 30 minutes away. Flying in is easy because the Tampa Bay airport is 30 minutes away. The Saint Pete airport is 15 minutes away. Walmart and Publix are 1 mile away.

Even though our stay was for a sad occasion, the funeral of a very good friend, staying close by made it so much easier. The house, was comfortable and just what we needed. Lots of Great restaurants close by.
