Beautiful beach front property "Londres 30" situated opposite the wide sandy beach

The property has a fabulous and large wrap around furnished terrace with sea views which is perfect for dining al fresco. It is a ground floor apartment, just steps from the beach and a five minutes walk to the centre of Puerto Pollensa.

Inside the property is distributed all on one level with a lounge/dining room with television/DVD player and patio doors to the front terrace. The kitchen comes well equipped with oven/hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. There are three air-conditioned bedrooms in total (two with twin beds and one with double bed). The master bedroom has an en-suite shower room and there is an additional shower room to service the other two bedrooms.

A wonderful property situated opposite the beach and a five minute walk from the resort centre. WIFI provided.

Brilliant location opposite the beach
We enjoyed our stay here as the location is great with restaurants close by and the beach opposite. We accessed the key box ok but had a lot of difficulty actually opening the front door, so we used the lounge doors afterwards. parking outside is virtually impossible as beach visitors grab every spot. You can park at the back though with access through a back gate. The apartment is very comfortable but very tight in places. The arrangement of furniture and units means that access through the back door is small, and the main bathroom has a very tight entry as the basin unit is quite large and blocks the door. The kitchen is small but reasonably equipped apart from a modern coffee maker. We bought a cafetière. There was absolutely nowhere to put food. Fortunately we planned to eat out mostly but found the lack of storage a pain. The view from the front terrace is lovely and the garden attractive. The biggest problem was the large quantity of pigeon poop that fell daily from the trees overhanging the terrace. We were permanently clearing it up. We met the lady owner and she was very helpful and accommodating. Air in was very good and all in all a very nice stay.
