Apartment 12 is designed for two people. It is located in the "Strandhaus Zingst" holiday rental. Apartment 12 is on the ground floor and has a living area of approximately 51 m². The apartment features an open-concept living/dining area, including a high-quality kitchen and access to the balcony. The bedroom has a double bed and ample storage space for your clothes. There is also a bathroom with a glass shower, sink, and toilet. Free Wi-Fi is provided. Barbecues are prohibited.


Complex:

Here, relaxation and comfort are top priorities. The unique “Strandhaus Zingst” property was built in 2019 and is located in a prime beachfront location directly behind the dike. The beach house consists of 16 high-end apartments and a penthouse. The stylishly furnished apartments accommodate 2–4 people and are accessible via an lift on the upper floors. Each apartment features a balcony or terrace, heated floors, and a bathroom with a shower. The penthouse’s rooftop terrace also offers guests a unique view of the Baltic Sea. Internet access, a parking space, and bicycle storage are available to our guests free of charge.
