Welcome to our lakefront home in the Lake Murex community just off West Gulf Drive on Sanibel Island. The back of the house overlooks the lake, with water views from nearly every room. The home also features a heated pool and is a short walk to Sanibel’s Gulf beaches via deeded access.

The pool area is enclosed in a brand-new screened cage with no see um screening, creating a comfortable outdoor space to swim, dine, or relax while enjoying the lake views. The outdoor area also includes a grill for guests to enjoy lakeside meals after a day at the beach.

We are newly listing the home as a vacation rental and offering introductory pricing while we complete a few remaining cosmetic finishing touches. All major amenities, including the pool, kitchen, bedrooms, and living areas, are fully functional and ready for guests.

The home includes high-speed (1 Gbps) internet, suitable for streaming, video calls, and remote work.

Like much of Sanibel as the island continues to rebuild, there is construction at a neighboring property, which may occasionally be visible or audible during normal daytime working hours.

This quiet West Gulf location offers easy access to the beach, Sanibel’s bike paths, wildlife preserves, and island restaurants, while still providing a peaceful lakeside setting to relax and enjoy the natural beauty of the island.

Guests are welcome to use the home’s bicycles, beach chairs, and beach umbrella, making it easy to bike to the beach or spend the day enjoying Sanibel’s Gulf shoreline.
