Full kitchen with oven, mircrowave, dish washer, disposal. Washer and dryer in unit, AC, screend balcony. Smaller friendly condo complex with centrally located pool and louge area. Condo is located within 1 block of the public beach access point, in the center of the crescent beach, 3 blocks from the Mariott hotel. Assigned parking with additional guest parking spots.
