This roomy, 1056 square foot, second floor, Non-Smoking Condominium with private entrance and screened Lanai overlooks private pool and is a short walk to beautiful South Beach. Covid Safe - no elevator and separate entrance.
Kitchen has been recently updated with new microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and oven. The Master Bedroom has recently been redecorated with new carpet, paint, new furniture and features a queen-size bed and large walk-in closet, private full bathroom, and access to the Lanai. The Second Bedroom has also recently been redecorated with new carpet and paint and has two twins, plenty of closet space, and access to a separate recently renovated Full Bathroom.
Living room has plenty of seating area with a new full sleeper sofa, new flat screen TV, DVD, and CD/AM/FM/Stereo player with speakers. Condo has wireless internet connections. Dining area with chairs and table are located directly off the fully-equipped, modern, and spacious kitchen. All linens provided. Washer and dryer in condo. Beach Equipment (chairs and umbrella and carrier) also included.

Why they chose this property
Most condo's on island are in complexes with as many as 50 or more units. Seabury only has 15 units which means lots of room in the pool and Tiki hut area, often times without anyone else around. Has a lot of Covid safe features
