The house has four bedrooms—two with double beds and two with two single beds each—as well as two bathrooms: one on the ground floor with a shower and one upstairs with a bathtub. The kitchen is well-equipped and has everything you could need. A patio with a grill and patio furniture is perfect for cosy get-togethers.

In the living area, you’ll find a flat-screen TV, a DVD player, a radio, and a Bluetooth soundbar. There are also two additional TVs upstairs.

The property is completely fenced in. Please note that you must specify if you are bringing a dog when booking, as this will be factored into the price calculation.

The central outdoor swimming pool is only about 150 metres away and is available to you free of charge between May and September.

The price includes all utility costs—heating, electricity, and water—as well as final cleaning and accommodation for the number of guests booked. Internet access (Wi-Fi) is included. Washing machines are available for a fee of 2 euros (coin-operated).

With approximately 89 m² of living space, this child-friendly holiday home offers plenty of room for up to 8 people—perfect for 4 adults and 4 children. It features two bedrooms with double beds and two additional bedrooms, each with a single bed. Two bathrooms are available: one with a shower on the ground floor, the other with a bathtub on the upper floor. A hair dryer is also provided.

The modern, built-in kitchen is fully equipped and includes, among other things, a dishwasher, a microwave, and an oven—ideal for preparing meals together. In the cosy living area, you’ll find a flat-screen TV, a Bluetooth soundbar, and a radio. There’s also another TV available upstairs. The in-house coin-operated washing machine is available for use.

On the furnished terrace, you can relax and wind down the day with a barbecue. For days at the beach or excursions, a handcart is available for rent upon request.

A special highlight is the outdoor sauna by the pond, which is open to all guests. It’s conveniently operated with a coin-operated machine.
