This is our second time staying at this house. It is a perfect place to get away with friends. The kitchen is well appointed, the furniture is comfortable, great hot tub, wonderful location. The hosts were super responsive when we had questions, which would have been answered if we had remembered to save the instructions they sent previous to our arrival. Our bad. Great choice for a stay.

We are long-time visitors to Sea Ranch (45 years) and have owned cabins and rented homes there because of the beauty and unchanging quality of the experience. We selected this home because we were hosting an annual get-together of old college friends and needed a conveniently located and well-appointed home with bedrooms for three adult couples. We were not disappointed, as the location was just a mile or two from Gualala and it's excellent offerings of restaurants and grocery stores. The check in was a breeze, communications from the host was immediate for arrival and departure concerns, and the home itself was very clean, and the appointments were exactly as advertised. In an electronic digital world where there is little actual physical contact, good communications from the host is an absolute must and this host was absolutely first rate. My wife lost a necklace and wasn't quite sure where she lost it, but this was resolved by a call from the host that housekeeping has found it and the host was mailing it to us. We would recommend the home and especially the host without hesitation, they made the get-together especially successful. We will be back!

Perfect little stay

We stayed here with our toddler and baby for a few days. It was a perfect little escape. We enjoyed watching sunsets from the balcony and walks out to the bluffs. Would easily accommodate a couple families, but could feel cramped with more. The kitchen is well equipped, but everything did feel heavily used.
