Open the French front doors to step into the two-story foyer and the great room. The living room is designed perfectly for family gatherings with two conversation areas, a gas fireplace, and a wall of transomed glass doors leading out to the sundeck. The gorgeous wide-plank hardwood floors continue throughout the main level, as do the wide crown molding and baseboards.
Cheerfully decorated, the living room opens to a sunlit dining room surrounded by floor-to-ceiling windows. Here, the table easily seats twelve, and glass doors lead to the screened porch with splendid views of the fairway.
The kitchen is ready for entertaining with a gas range, pot-filler, prep sink, and center island. The cabinetry is gleaming white and the countertops are marble and granite. Windows welcome the sunlight, and pass-throughs open to the dining and living rooms.
A den with a full bath is on the main floor, as is the master bedroom with its own entrance to the sundeck. The master bath features his-and-hers sinks, spacious shower and a soaking tub.
Upstairs, a gallery overlooks the foyer and leads to an additional sitting area (does have a pullout couch for an extra guest) and comfortable guest bedrooms (4 upstairs, two with king beds, one with two queens, then two bunk sets with full beds) for visiting family and friends.
No smoking and no pets allowed.
Stays of 3 to 21 nights come with a credit of up to $280 (amount dependent on length of stay) to use towards beach gear rentals.
As our guest, you will have access to 5 Championship Golf Courses including The Ocean Course, the location of the 2021 PGA Championship; The Kiawah Island Resort Tennis Center. Local Property Management staff is on hand in case of emergencies and knowledgeable staff can assist you with any needs throughout your stay.
