Step inside to an inviting open floor plan where the living, dining, and kitchen areas flow seamlessly together. The kitchen features ample counter space, making meal prep easy and enjoyable whether you're cooking a full dinner or preparing beachside snacks.
The master bedroom provides a peaceful retreat, featuring a TV and a private ensuite half bath for added convenience. Designed with both comfort and functionality in mind, the layout enhances your overall stay. An additional full bathroom is conveniently located off the main living area for easy access.
Outside, the property amenities elevate your vacation experience. Take a refreshing dip in the community pool, enjoy meals at the picnic tables, fire up the grill for a casual cookout, or rinse off the sand in the outdoor shower after a day on the beach.

WHAT IS PROVIDED:
Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not provided. If you would like information on beach equipment rentals, we are more than happy to provide you with a list. Properties will be provided with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a small bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance free laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one extra trash bag
Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar.
Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide.
