This beautiful, newly renovated and expanded detached holiday home in the traditional Frisian style is located near the Zwillingsmühlen, in a quiet yet central part of Greetsiel. The picturesque fishing harbour, cosy restaurants, and supermarket are just a few minutes away.

The “Ruhepol” house is tastefully furnished and features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The ground floor is fully tiled (with underfloor heating in the bathroom).

A wood-burning stove provides cosy warmth in the open-concept living-dining area. One bedroom with a double bed (2 m x 1.60 m) and a large bathroom (step-free shower) are located on the ground floor. The new, modern kitchen is equipped with all standard appliances and, in addition to the dining table for 6 people, features a breakfast bar. This allows you to watch the cook or simply chat.

Two additional bedrooms (the double bed measures 2 m x 1.80 m; the third bedroom has a 1.55-meter-wide sofa bed, with no additional storage space available) and a shower room (with a low threshold) with a separate toilet are located on the upper floor. The third bedroom also serves as the passageway to the newly built rooftop terrace, where you can enjoy a glass of red wine in the evening sun and let your gaze wander over Greetsiel. The upper floor is also tiled. The bedrooms are equipped with fly screens.

The two main bedrooms, as well as the bathroom on the ground floor, have exterior blinds.

The newly built sunroom, which features underfloor heating, is tastefully furnished in a modern style and provides pleasant warmth even in winter.

All other amenities, such as a dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker, Bodum coffee maker, Nespresso capsule machine, egg cooker, refrigerator with freezer, washing machine, 1 flat-screen TV, stereo system, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, clothes rack, etc., are available.

In addition to the rooftop terrace, there is also a small area next to the sunroom with patio furniture.

The house includes one parking space.

The house is non-smoking and is rented only without pets.

During the Easter and fall breaks, this accommodation is rented for stays of five nights or more with no fixed changeover day.

The accommodation Doris, Hummel Hummel, Mühlengruß, and Siegrid are located in the building right next door, should you need more space.

The holiday home is located in Greetsiel, a picturesque coastal town on the East Frisian North Sea coast. Set in a quiet and idyllic setting, the historic town centre—with its romantic harbour, famous twin windmills, and cosy cafés and restaurants—is just a few minutes’ walk away. The dyke landscape surrounding Greetsiel offers numerous biking and hiking trails with stunning views of the Wadden Sea. Thanks to its proximity to the North Sea and the East Frisian Islands, the holiday home is the ideal starting point for relaxation and a variety of excursions.
