Welcome to the brand-new Huus Fernleaf (completion in May 2025), your ideal holiday rental, located in a wonderful cul-de-sac in Eilsum, not far from Greetsiel. Surrounded by beautiful natural scenery and right on the Siel, this detached holiday home offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. With a spacious 100 m² spread over two floors, Huus Fernleaf is perfect for families or groups of up to seven people.

The house welcomes you with a modern, open-concept living space in a cosy Scandinavian style. The kitchen-dining area, equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with separate freezer, coffee maker, Senseo pod machine, electric kettle, toaster, and egg cooker, invites you to cook together and relax. Enjoy your meals in the cosy dining area with a view of the Siel through the floor-to-ceiling windows, or outdoors on the terrace, which is furnished with patio furniture. The living room features a comfortable sofa area with an armchair and TV (Zattoo Premium, free of charge) for relaxing evenings. Here you can spend cosy hours and enjoy time with your loved ones.

Huus Fernleaf offers a total of three inviting bedrooms, each equipped with a TV (Zattoo Premium, free of charge), blackout curtains, and high-quality furniture in tasteful colours. The main windows will also be fitted with fly screens soon. One of the bedrooms with a double bed is located on the ground floor; the other two are on the upper floor, one of which features two single beds and a sofa (which can be pulled out to accommodate a seventh person upon request, though this will block access to one of the beds). In addition, there is one bathroom per floor, each equipped with a walk-in shower, sink, and toilet; the ground-floor bathroom also features an electric towel warmer. Hair dryers are available for guests in both bathrooms.

Outside, you’ll find a beautiful garden, ideal for relaxing on sunny days. A dock with seating by the water is also available, which is especially appealing to water lovers. You have the opportunity to explore the surrounding area with a boat of your own and enjoy the close proximity to the water. There is a parking space in front of the house.

Underfloor heating with high-quality tile flooring throughout the house provides additional comfort. If needed, a washing machine, dryer, clothes rack, and iron are also available. A cot, high chair, stroller, and handcart can be added to your reservation free of charge upon request.

A small dog is welcome upon prior notice; smoking is not permitted inside the house.

Free fiber-optic Wi-Fi is available (We cannot guarantee unrestricted availability or sufficient speed).

The neighbouring houses are “Framheim” and “Sielentium,” should you need more space.

The area around Greetsiel has a lot to offer—from cosy cafes and restaurants to picturesque walks along the waterfront. Experience the maritime atmosphere of the harbour or explore the nearby North Sea. Many recreational activities, such as biking, hiking, and water sports, are waiting for you to discover them.

During the Easter and fall breaks, this accommodation is available for rent for stays of five nights or more with no fixed check-out day.

The house is located in a new development, so unfortunately we cannot rule out occasional noise and dust disturbances.
