Sunny upper-floor apartment in Greetsiel, centrally yet quietly located just a few minutes’ walk from the Zwillingsmühlen and the town centre.

The living area, flooded with light through the glass bay window, is modern and comfortably furnished. The living room features a high-quality leather corner sofa set that invites you to relax in front of the large flat-screen TV. A high-quality hi-fi system (Teufel) with CD, radio, USB, and Bluetooth is also available here.

Adjacent to the living area is the fully equipped kitchen with an induction stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, and more. Two seats here are perfect for a quick coffee break.

The furnished balcony is perfect for sunbathing (ideal southwest exposure).

On the ground floor is the master bedroom with a double bed (two mattresses), a closet, and blackout curtains, as well as the modern bathroom, which features a shower (rain showerhead), a hair dryer, a heated towel rack, and a washer-dryer.

The converted attic features two additional single beds. From here, you have a beautiful view of the village. This room also has a flat-screen TV. The skylight and the triangular window can be completely darkened.

Every room has at least one window with fly screens. The ground floor features comfortable underfloor heating. The attic has laminate flooring.

An iron, ironing board, and clothes rack are available.
