The house is in an excellent location. It was very clean and in a quiet area especially being peek season. We got a fantastic deal being a last minute rental. There are lots of shops and good restaurants near by. Multiple public beach accesses close. We did drive to find some with parking, it being peek season parking at the places recommended was full. I wish this house had a golf cart and/or bikes to access the beach better, as many houses in the neighborhood had both. If you plan on making dinner for a larger group, or for teenage boys, bring your own big pot and pan. Comfortable seating, for this place to sleep 9, was lacking. All and all the house was great for what we needed.
