Holiday home with garden, close to the beach, quiet location, family-friendly

Holiday house Manja is located in the residential area of Porec, Mali Maj, ony 600 m from Materada beach and 2,5 km from the town center. It has a closed yard of 400m2 in which childreen can play in complete safety. There is a private parking place in the yard and barbecue is available. The houseowner lives only on weekend near by.
The house for 2-4 persons, with a surface area of 45m2 consist of: living area with kitchen, and dining table, satelite tv, double bedroom, a room with 2 separate beds and shower/toilet. There is a nice covered terrace with garden furniture. Air condition is available and included in the price.

Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin, die uns jederzeit mit Tipps und Ratschlägen zur Seite stand.Das Haus bietet alles, was man braucht. Es ist nicht das modernste, aber sauber und gepflegt. Schöne überdachte Terasse und ein komplett eingezäunter Garten - eine Wohlfühloase. Absolut hundefreundlicher Gastgeber (unser Hund durfte sich immer frei im Garten bewegen und aufhalten).Strand und Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar. P

Wumderschön gelegen

Ein echtes kleines Schmuckstück. Sehr sehr nette Vermieterin. Die Wohnung ist etwas klein und das Bad könnte doe eine oder andere Renovierung brauchen. Aber dafür entschädigt die grosse Terrasse mit sehr gepflegtenm Garten. Das Gelände ist eingezäumt, sodass unser Hund frei laufen konnte. Der Strand ist nur 1,1 km entfernt. Ein herrlicher Naturstrand. Aber dafür eine wun
