Renaissance Tower will undergo exterior building improvements beginning September 8, 2026. Construction may take place Monday through Saturday between approximately 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. Guests should expect construction equipment, workers, and possible daytime noise around the building.



The Renaissance Tower pool and surrounding pool area will be closed from September 14, 2026, through approximately January 18, 2027.



Special construction-period pricing may be available. Please send us an inquiry before booking with your dates and number of guests so we can provide the best available rate. By booking during this period, guests acknowledge the disclosed construction activity and temporary amenity restrictions.



We are currently waiting for confirmation from resort management regarding whether the balcony will be open or closed during the construction period. We will provide an update as soon as we receive more information.
