Beautiful home right on Lake Conroe!
This home is 3 stories with 5 spacious bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms.
Sleeps 12 comfortably.
There is a large game room with a pool table, and fun games of all sorts.
We've fully stocked our home with anything you could possibly need from kitchen appliance to games.
We have a private boat dock and lift.
We also provide two kayaks and a paddle board.
This spot is the perfect place for families, friend weekends, fishing trips, etc
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Trash must be bagged, no loose trash. We provide bags in both kitchen and outside bins.
Put all used towels in laundry room
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Quiet time is 10PM: no loud music or noises. Please be respectful to our neighbors.
No illegal substances or weapons of any kind are allowed on the property. $250 fee for smoking No Pets- $150 Violation fee $50 Additional Guest fee
