Pros: It was very clean. I can’t speak for the hot tub since we didn’t use it, but the place was clean and picked up and the trash cans were convenient to get to. The property was pretty and other than occupants being upstairs and able to see you, it was private from neighbors. It was very close to Newberg and Dundee and easy to get to.Cons: The main reason for only 3 stars is for the most uncomfortable beds we’ve ever slept in. There were 5 queen beds and our family occupied all but one. Each bed creaked horribly even if you moved a fraction of an inch. Ours sloped into the middle as well. We all slept very poorly, it was like sleeping on cardboard. We stay at a lot of VRBO rentals and this was very disappointing as you pay more for better quality. I definitely do not feel this place was valued at what it costs. The other issue was the single lane curved driveway going around the back of the house. We got all cap and explanation point check in message telling us not to drive on grass. That means you have to back all the way out, no turn around space at all. There is also a very large boulder at the top of the driveway to add extra stress of possibly hitting.You can hear occupants in the upstairs unit walking around or watching tv. It didn’t feel very private. I should have read better that this was a multi-unit rental, but I don’t believe that was very clear. The beds are the most important part of a rental. If they upgraded the beds this would be a good rental.
