Nestled on a private road with only 10 other homes our pond front home is an excellent retreat to enjoy all that nature has to offer. Whether you’re relaxing inside or planning your next adventure (hike, fish, shop, antiques, family centers, boating, golf, movies, swim) our pondhouse provides a welcoming space to recharge. Our place will help you feel at home while you're traveling in Hawley, Milford or the nearby Poconos.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Seal up trash bags and place in best sage trash — separate garbage from recycle but also put trash in bags before putting in cans outside.
Please return key back to lock box.
Wash your dishes, it’s ok to leave in the drying rack Strip the beds and leave dirty sheets on the dryer Gather all dirty laundry and place in washer.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Our stay was exactly what we were looking for. The property is cozy and quiet with a beautiful view of the pond. The fact that it is pet friendly made it even better for us. WE would definitely visit again. The host was very responsive and helpful.
