This 2-room apartment in Timmendorfer Strand, located on the 1st floor, measures 50 m² and is furnished for 2 adults and 2 children (one of whom is under two years old).

The living room features a pull-out sofa bed (140 x 200 cm), which invites you to relax and unwind and serves as an additional sleeping option. A dining area, LCD TV, stereo system, and DVD player are available for your use.
The built-in kitchenette includes a dishwasher, refrigerator, stove with oven, toaster, a drip coffee maker, a Nespresso capsule machine, and a kettle.

From here, you can step out onto the spacious south-facing balcony with an awning.
Off the hallway, you’ll find a beautiful, modern bedroom with a double box-spring bed (180 x 200 cm), which features another LCD TV, as well as a bright shower room.
