Welcome to Villa Demory!

This beautiful Art Nouveau villa is located about 50 metres from the beach.

The pedestrian zone, with its many boutiques and cosy cafés, stretches almost right to your apartment door.

Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are located in the basement.

The apartment includes a parking space, which is right next to the building.

You’ll find many different restaurants in the centre, and even if you’re just in the mood for a fish sandwich, you’re sure to find what you’re looking for.

We invite you to visit the beautiful Baltic Sea coast year-round to enjoy relaxing walks on the beach or bike rides.



Villa Demory Apartment 6:

This modernly furnished 2-room apartment in Timmendorfer Strand is located on the ground floor, measures 75 m², and is equipped to accommodate up to 4 people.

It consists of a bright living/bedroom with a double bed (2x90x200 cm), a flat-screen TV, a CD stereo system, a sofa set, and a dining area.
The kitchenette is equipped with a 2-burner ceramic cooktop, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle.
The living area opens onto a south-facing balcony terrace.
A separate children’s room is furnished with two single beds (each 100x200 cm).
The apartment features a bathroom with a shower and a guest bathroom.

From April 1 to 15.10.2026, a beach chair is available to you free of charge on the beach.

The beach is about a 2-minute walk away, and the pedestrian zone in the city centre, with its fashion stores and restaurants, is about a 3-minute walk away.
There is also a bicycle storage room at the building.

Starting on 22.10.2025, the entire building will be covered in scaffolding due to facade renovation work. The duration of the work is unknown.

Wi-Fi is available (no refund or compensation will be provided in the event of disruptions or outages).
An underground parking space is reserved for you at the building (next to the building).
This is a non-smoking apartment.
Pets are not allowed here.
