The bright living area, featuring a new, high-quality sofa and a cosy armchair, invites you to spend relaxing hours there. Smart TV and Wi-Fi are, of course, available. The separate, modern kitchen is fully equipped and features a dining area for shared meals.
The spacious balcony at the rear of the apartment is accessible from both the living room and the kitchen. Here you can enjoy the morning sun on the dining lounge, have a relaxed breakfast, or comfortably wind down on warm summer evenings.

The quiet master bedroom features a comfortable extra-long box-spring bed, a second TV, and a harmonious atmosphere that invites you to dream. The smaller second bedroom features two separate single box-spring beds. This room, too, is inviting, decorated in light colours, and can be completely darkened.

The modern, naturally lit bathroom offers a spacious shower and is bright and tastefully designed.
