La Varlope

Our house is located in the picturesque countryside behind Cannes and offers a spectacular view of Grasse, the perfume capital.

A bakery is conveniently located just about 100 metres away on foot. A large supermarket, a pharmacy, and two restaurants are also located in the immediate vicinity. The sea is about 12 km away and easily accessible via both the motorway and the A8 highway.

From nearby Mouans-Sartoux, you can easily explore the cities of Cannes, Antibes, and Nice by train—ideal for day trips without a car.

The bedrooms are air-conditioned.

The fully equipped kitchen features a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, a coffee maker, and a kettle.

There are four bedrooms in total: Three bedrooms are furnished with double beds (160 x 200 cm), and there is also a children’s room with a bunk bed.

On the upper floor, there is a bathroom with a bathtub and shower, as well as a beautiful view of the mountains towards Grasse. The second bathroom is located on the ground floor; a washing machine and dryer are also available here. The toilets are separate.

Bed linens and towels are, of course, provided.

There is a large car park right next to the house.

The house is also equipped with an alarm system.
