An absolutely gorgeous 5-star 4BR (2,336 sq ft) villa with max amenities less than a mile from the beach...in the renowned Tupelo Bay (Myrtle Beach area), a vacationers' paradise. 3 Full Baths, plenty of room for large families/groups (huge dining table). Queen sofa bed. Open balcony with TV & sunroom. Fully stocked kitchen and baths. Guests have access to Tupelo Bay amenities: 18-hole Golf Course, Par 3 Golf, Indoor & Outdoor Pools, Pickleball, Fitness Center, Ice Cream Parlor, & Beach Shuttle (Memorial Day - Labor Day). We are approx. 1 mile to the beach. We provide Beach Chairs, Towels and beach gear to all guests. Golf Carts are permitted.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please put all used towels and linens in the laundry area. Please put back all used beach equipment in the storage closet. Please take out all trash and clean out frig. Run the dishwasher. Thankyou
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Quiet hours are from 10:30pm to 8am. Please no running or jumping as we have guests below us.
absolutely NO smoking of any kind inside the unit or on the outdoor balcony. Only out front and please use the butt can at mailbox.

Living space is more than I expected..Love how doors block off bedrooms. Shuttle to beach was great. Pool was close to condo.Besides alot of living space bedrooms were also a nice size . I would stay again if we come back to this area. Only 30min from the college.
