Good location, nice amenities. But the floors were filthy (if you walked on them barefoot, your feed would be covered in filth. I stepped on a sliver of glass that I had to pull out of my foot, which caused issues walking around until I could get it out). The owner also lied that we left a burn mark in the head board of one of the beds (we were on a family trip, do not smoke, vape, and did not even have a lighter with us). Tried to shake us down for extra money, even though we told them we did not cause any burns. We followed all rules, took out trash, cleaned up, washed dishes, etc. Quiet guests only there to sleep while on family vacation, and the owner lied and tried to get extra money for some previous house guests that caused damage. I would recommend avoiding this place and saving the headache.
