This is a newly rehab house remodeled a year ago this house is your home away from home!! Upstairs Downstairs All Bedrooms are upstairs. You will fall in love the minute you walk through the front door. It’s sleeps eight people 3 bedrooms One king bed Two full beds with a let out couch Internet service & Two full Bathrooms. You won’t be disappointed the right place for Famiy vacation. 5 Minutes to the United Center, 15 Minutes From Downtown Walking distance to the blue line train and bus stop.

Perfectly located within 10 minutes of the United Center, and 20 to 25 minutes downtown. An excellent little home! I will rent again next time I’m wanting to come back to Chicago!!!

This was a good value for the price. Compared to a hotel room and the expense of eating out all the time, this stay provided a more cost effective way to stay in Chicago.

We had a wait outside in the dark a while when checking in to understand how to get the secure gate unlocked (all other instructions were there except that). The house was clean. One of the mattresses was wrapped in plastic and it was hot to sleep on and the sheets kept slipping off all 4 corners, so I stayed on the couch the other 2 nights - the couches are SO COMFY!! We didn't use public transportation as we expected to for safety reasons - even all our Lyft drivers warned us not to. We had a good stay and had a great time in Chicago!Great Host - I recommend.

The space had what we needed, was reasonably priced and located close to the city. We walked 10 min to the blue line and felt comfortable. We appreciated the extra security on the house like a locked outer gate and and en closed parking.

This property was exactly like the pictures. The air conditioning units worked very well and the couches were comfy. The check-in process was also incredibly smooth. I didn’t need to reach out to the host for anything. I’d stay here again; however, there are things you should know. 1) this is not ADA accessible — all the rooms and bathrooms are on the 2nd floor. 2) there were these loud flash bangs on the first night that shook the house — very scary but we were unharmed3) Most things are 15 minutes away but that doesn’t account for traffic (so add 10-15mins)4) the shower doesn’t have a linear in it so the floor may get wet if you’re not careful

Nice place. Furniture and beds were comfortable. The property is fenced and the back sitting area and parking was very nice. A great place to rest and get cleaned up for a day of adventures in Chicago. easy to get to, right by the highway. We would book again.

It was super close to the united center which we were in town for an event at. House was clean and had plenty of space for us and a back yard sitting area. Was nice to have two bathrooms!Checking in was easy and we never had any issues.

The house was clean and everything was nice. There are enough beds and bedrooms to host a family of seven, and they were all nice. The number of kitchen utensils, plates, cups and the table size were pretty tight for a group that big. But overall it was good.
