Great Stay at Room 2005

My family had a great stay here! The place was very clean and had everything needed for our trip. There were just a couple things, when we arrived the WIFI was not connecting due to a error with the password but when we called they were super quick to help us and get it resolved. The only other thing was the garbage disposal did not work and therefore the sink would not drain and it backed up into the dishwasher so we couldn't use that all week when were there. We did notify them of this during our stay but they did not send anyone out to look at it, not a Hugh deal: we just hand washed everything but it would have been helpful if someone could have come out. Other than that, the condo was perfect! Bed was comfortable, shower was nice, pools are wonderful. So much stuff in walking difference. We would defiantly come back.

We loved the view of our room (2005). We feel that a detailed inspection of the property needed to be implemented. Here is a list of concerns we had. 1. The dryer was not drying properly!!! 2. The toilet lid in master bedroom needs attention 3. The floors and carpet were dirty. We even had to have housekeeping come the first day. 4. The clock at kitchen bar needs a battery 5. Serious crack on kitchen counter 6. The dish drainer under the kitchen sink was nasty.
