Charming one bedroom basement apartment with private access. It’s easy to relax in this quiet space in the heart of the Historic Tree Streets district with ample street parking. Situated in a peaceful neighborhood that’s just a quick drive or 15 minute walk to downtown where you can enjoy the beautiful parks and local restaurants and shops! 5 minutes from ETSU and 10 minutes from the hospitals.

The space:
This beautiful basement apartment has been fully updated and comes with brand new Whirlpool refrigerator and glass top stove.

Guest access:
Guests will have full reign of the apartment and patio overlooking the back lot. Long term guests will be allowed access to the washer and dryer located upstairs on the sun porch.
