Welcome to the Signature MGM condo-hotel We re thrilled to offer our guests access to all the fantastic amenities at MGM Grand and MGM Signature including the MGM Grand Pool and Wet Republic Our property is just a block away from the vibrant Strip and boasts spacious rooms at incredible prices You can easily reach the MGM Grand via a series of walkways and the monorail station is just a short stroll away PLEASE NOTE 50 PER NIGHT RESORT FEE IS DUE TO HOST BEFORE CHECK IN
