The apartment on Swatten Diek is situated in a very quiet location at the end of a cul-de-sac right next to the Wernerwald, offering plenty of opportunities for hiking, biking, or simply relaxing.
The apartment has two bedrooms. The second bedroom is located in the basement and can only be booked upon personal request.

The holiday rental at Swatten Diek 35 is on the ground floor and has its own entrance. The spa town of Sahlenburg is located about 4 km from Dunen, 6 km from Döse, and 10 km from Cuxhaven. It can be reached by bike along the coast, by the Cuxi Railway, or conveniently by bus. The bus stop is about 100 m from the apartment.
The proximity to the Wernerwald offers you beautiful trails for hiking or biking. The beach, the coast, and the beach promenade can be reached with a short walk or by bike through the Wernerwald.
Also accessible through the Wernerwald, Sahlenburg Beach features a designated area as a dog beach.
Right on the promenade, you’ll find various restaurants, pizzerias, ice cream shops, and cafés with large, beautiful terraces offering a fantastic view of the sea, the mudflats, and the island of Neuwerk.
A sunset at Sahlenburg Beach is always a wonderful experience.
Supermarkets, a bakery, and restaurants are all within about 1 km of the holiday rental.
You can conveniently park your car in the private parking space right next to the house.

Tourist tax
As the property owner or rental agency, we are obligated to collect the applicable tourist tax on behalf of the City of Cuxhaven and remit it to the City of Cuxhaven.
In addition, we charge a service and processing fee of 3% of the accommodation price for handling and processing your booking.

Note: Bed linens and towels are not included in the accommodation price. Upon request, you can conveniently add a bed linens and towel package for €30 per person. This way, you can arrive relaxed and travel light.


We provide the following amenities for each guest:

- one tea towel
- one roll of toilet paper
