Zeer goede inrichting en indeling appartement. Alleen de ramen (binnen en buiten) waren vuil alsook veel onkruid in het tuintje. Rest van de woning wel heel netjes en alles is aanwezig

Modern ingericht, veel licht
Gelijkvloers met kleine afgesloten tuin heel veilig voor de kinderen.
Tuin via poortje direct toegankelijk vanop de straat.
Op enkele meters van het strand.

Er ontbreken enkele handleidingen. Zo kun je de verwarming niet aanpassen en is de microgolf moeilijk te bedienen zonder deftige handleiding.

Der Garten bietet leider keine Privatsphäre. Man sitzt wie auf einem Präsentierteller. Da die Wohnung im Erdgeschoss liegt, kann man die bodentiefen Fenster nicht auf lassen, wenn man weg geht. Das gilt leider auch für die Nacht, somit ist es extrem warm in dem kleinen Schlafzimmer.
