3-room non-smoking apartment on the ground floor, approx. 45 sqm with a south-facing terrace and SWIMMING POOL (in the neighbouring building).
LIVING ROOM with a 2-seater couch, 1 armchair, a fully equipped kitchenette, and a dining table with 4 chairs.
BEDROOM 1: 2 single beds (90 x 200 cm) and a wardrobe. BEDROOM 2: 1 single bed (0.80 x 2 m) and a chest of drawers. BATHROOM with shower and toilet.
In the BASEMENT of the neighbouring building, a SWIMMING POOL and SAUNA (free of charge) are available (Dörpstraaat 9)
Bicycle racks are available at the house.
Pets are allowed upon request and for a fee.
LOCATION: Near the marshes and in a village setting. Bus stop nearby. It’s about a 20–30-minute walk to the centre of Wyk, the beach, the spa centre, and the wave pool. Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are located in the basement.
