In the house: lift, storage room for skis, central heating system. Supermarket 600 m, restaurant 150 m, bakery, bicycle rental 600 m, 10 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Wiestibrücke" 240 m, railway station "Zermatt" 600 m. Mountain railway, ski rental 450 m, ski bus stop 240 m, ski school, children's ski school 950 m.
2-room apartment 48 m2 on 1st floor. Spacious and bright, partly renovated in 2021, beautiful and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with dining nook and TV. Exit to the balcony. 1 double bedroom with 1 double bed (2 x 100 cm, length 200 cm). Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine, fondue Set (cheese)). Bath/WC. Large balcony. View of the mountains. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi). Please note: non-smokers only.
