Experience Marathon and have the time of your life in this 4-bedroom house. Guests will find three king beds, A bunk bed with 1 full bed, and a twin bed, offering plenty of space for everyone. This Fisherman's dream lodge is newly furnished and has new smart TV's in each room. The best part is you can park up to a 34 ft. boat right in the backyard dock. This home invites guests to enjoy the fun in the sun, ocean and beach to create wonderful memories in a cozy and enjoyable private getaway. With ocean access to both the Gulf and clear blue Atlantic, bring your boat and enjoy fishing, snorkeling and scuba diving to some of the keys best places. The famous 7 mile bridge is just a hop skip away and is awesome to fish on those windy rough days. You will love walking or riding the bicycles down the street to Sombrero Beach, or Surf Styles in the opposite direction. This is a fantastic place you will love. Our family looks forward to hosting your family for a special time at our Lucky Fisherman Retreat.

(Please note we have added pool heating and cooling pool for winter and summer use at an additional cost of $150 per week, the cooling option in summer is awesome and very few properties offer this feature).

Incredible location, with all the amenities and more!! As a family who regularly vacations in the summers here, we are never able to find a refreshing pool, as the heat seems to turn all pools to bath water. This rental has a pool cooler and it was INCREDIBLE! Just beautiful and clean, private, everything. Host was incredibly responsive and helpful as well. No complaints at all- we loved it!!

We recently stayed at this waterfront duplex and had a great experience overall. The owner was incredibly responsive and made sure everything we needed was taken care of in a timely manner. The location is perfect — right on the water — and the home comes stocked with plenty of extras, including two kayaks, a stand‑up paddleboard, bikes, a fantastic pool area with tiki hut and all. At night he has lights all over the back, it's beautiful and so relaxing.There were a few minor inconveniences, like the refrigerator started off warm for a couple of hours as the cleaning ladies had to clean it longer than I'm sure they expected and no batteries for some remotes, but they were easy to overlook given the overall experience and nothing that took away from the stay. The place had everything you needed for a comfortable and fun visit. Plus, the kitchen was fully stocked which I loved. The owner’s fast communication made all the difference. I’d happily stay here again. Thank you Kevin!

Marathon is awesome for its Fishing, Diving, Snorkeling and all water sports. The Restaurants are great and we allow 7 day short term rentals.

This is a new property for us, and we have updated all the furniture, wall hangings, outside amenities and the overall cool fun vibe. Everything is fresh and new to allow you to relax and enjoy.
