Vacation apartment Seeadler 1

Just 350 metres from Rhododendron Park and 600 metres from the beach lies this cosy and modernly furnished two-room apartment on the mezzanine level, with approximately 46 m² of living space and a sunny south-facing balcony. This very bright and family-friendly apartment can accommodate up to 3 people. A separate bedroom and a 1.40 x 2.00 m sofa bed provide space for 3 people. Conveniently located in front of the building is a storage room with space for bicycles and similar items. A free underground parking space (No. 1) is available to you. Wi-Fi and a washing machine are also available free of charge.

We’d be happy to provide you with bed linens or towels. Bedding for 20.00 per person, towels for 10.00 per person, or as a laundry package for 25.00 per person.

The final cleaning fee includes a starter package* plus utility costs.
* Starter package: 2–3 dishwasher tablets (Fit brand if available), 1 trash bag, tea towel, dishcloth, shower mat, 1–2 rolls of toilet paper. Please note that you are responsible for restocking these items yourself during your stay.

• Bedroom: Double bed with two single mattresses (80x200), closet, nightstands, lamps, pleated blinds for light control (does not block out all light), TV

• Children’s amenities: Travel cot and high chair

• Bathroom: no window, shower, sink, toilet, mirror, shelf, towel rack, washing machine

• Balcony: south-facing, with table, chairs for 4 people, umbrella

• Underground parking space: free in Building No. 1

• Additional amenities: free Wi-Fi. Fly screens on the bedroom and living room windows
