Our semi-detached house is located on the southwestern outskirts of Kiel in the Russee area. Russee is one of the most sought-after locations in the city, and not just among young families. The infrastructure is very well developed; there are good bus connections (practically right around the corner) and a wide variety of shopping options and amenities for daily needs in the immediate vicinity (including two bakeries, a pharmacy, Lidl, Rossmann, Famila, Aldi, and Penny). Kiel’s city centre is about 4 km away and is easily accessible by public transport (the bus runs every 15 minutes during the day). The highway exits for Rendsburg (A 210) and Flensburg/Hamburg (A 215/A 7) are within easy reach.

The 60-square-meter, non-smoking semi-detached house was completely renovated in 2024 and features modern, bright, and inviting furnishings. The ground floor features a living room, a built-in kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower. The living room is furnished with a cosy sofa area, a multimedia-capable DVB-T2 TV, a Blu-ray player, and a Netflix-compatible receiver. The new built-in kitchen, equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge-freezer combo, features a large dining table that seats all 4 people at once. The small shower room also leaves nothing to be desired. The two bedrooms are located on the upper floor. You can reach them via a space-saving staircase.
